2. Principle: we do not collect data

We do not collect personal data on this website. We use no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising, and no external fonts, scripts or other third-party content.

3. Hosting on Cloudflare Pages

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, for example your IP address, date and time, browser type and the page requested. This keeps the website secure and running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We ourselves do not store or analyse this data. It cannot be ruled out that data is transferred to countries outside the EU in the process.

4. Membership application and contact by e-mail

The form on the website does not transmit any data itself. It only opens the e-mail program on your device with a prepared message. We receive your name, e-mail address and details only when you send that e-mail. We use them solely to handle your enquiry or application (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed for that purpose and no retention duty applies.

5. Links to other websites

The website contains a link to a map on Mapy.com (Seznam.cz, a.s.). Data is passed to that provider only if you open the link. No map or other third-party content is embedded on this website.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To use them, write to the e-mail address above. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) in Prague.
